Bradshaw Hall Fisheries Bolton is regarded as one of Lancashire’s premier fishing venues, and is certainly on of the main match fishing waters in the region, some days hosting matches on most of its lakes and even having a lake, Number 4, dedicated to match fishing only in the summer. Bradshaw Hall Fisheries is situated in over 50 acres, Lakes hold Carp – f1s – Tench – Roach -Rudd -Rudd -Bream plus also Ide, Barbel, Chub & Perch in nicely landscaped grounds with excellent parking close to most swims, together with a cafe is open Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday (other days drinks & snacks can be bought on site)

The Fishery hosts a lot of Match fishing with weekly open matches every Wednesday and Sunday (please check before going) as with all Commercial Fisheries this venue can get busy, thought it can also accommodate a lot of anglers.

Fishery Rules: 29th May 2016 (please check before fishing)

– No Trout Pellets

– Floating pole not allowed

– Ground bait limit (2kg per Fisherman)

– No tins

– Banned Dogs (shame)

– No Nuts

– Not allowed dog/ cat meat

Specimen Lake Rules (Lake 2)

– Requirements, 42 inch landing net,

– Unhooking mat

– No unattended rods

– Sacking of fish not allowed, all fish to be returned to the water as soon as possible.

– No bait boats

– Barbless hooks only, max size 4.

– Fires or loud music not allowed

– fixed leads not allowed

– No braided main line
