Located in Goosnargh, Lancashire, Horns Dam Caravan site and Fishery is best accesses from Junction 32 of the M6 Motorway in Lancashire. An excellent base for exploring the Ribble Valley Horns dam is well placed for the Trough of Bowland and close to Ribchester, Chipping, Longridge and Garstang all reasonably close to the Fishery.

A fishery offering 4 lakes, Top Lake – Field Lake – The Horns Dam & Long Lake The lakes contain Carp, Barbell, Skimmer Bream, Tench, Roach, Rudd, Chub and some excellent photographs of fishermen’s (and ladies) catches can be seen in the Fisheries gallery.

Fishery Rules: 

– Barbless hooks

– No braid/ lead core

– Ground bait with feeder only.

– No dogs or fires

– Night fishing by arrangement only

– Use unhooking mats & antiseptic.

– Keepnets only for matches.

– Dip and rinse all types of nets before fishing.
