Briarcroft Fishery St Michael’s, Lancashire is a Members only fishery and no day tickets are available, offering a mixed coarse fishery fish include Mirror & Common Carp, Crucian Carp, Perch, Roach, Bream, Tench Chub & Rudd.
The fishery is located in the loveley village of St Michaels on Wyre in the heart of Lancashire’s Wyre Valley
There are two coarse fishing lakes of one acre and half an acre, fish run to the follow sizes;
Carp 25 lbs
Crucian Carp 3 lbs
Perch 3.5 lbs
Roach 2 lbs
Bream 7 lbs
Tench 7 lbs
Fishery Rules:
Fishing 6.30am – 9pm or dusk
No night fishing
There us also a self-catering holiday lodge which overlooks one of the fishing lakes and can be booked on a weekly basis.
Access to the fishery is decent with Blackpool, Lancaster and Preston and within easy reach, M6 & M55 10-15 minutes away this area is close to many tourist hotspots including Blackpool, plus also on the Fylde and Wyre coastlines Lytham St Anne’s, Cleveleys & Fleetwood plus the Trough of Bowland, Forest of Bowland and Ribble Valley generally.
